Trip Cost

Keeping your trip affordable is a priority for us. Our all volunteer staff helps us keep overhead minimal while offering some of the lowest volunteer prices around. That said, we know that traveling abroad is a significant investment. We happily provide fundraising support to ensure that finances are never a barrier for those who wish to travel with us. Here's a sample fundraising letter that many participants use.

*Prices include ALL trip expenses other than personal spending money and two travel meals, as noted below.


Cost: $2,300 per 7-day week includes:

  • Airfare

  • Food, lodging & excursions (with exception of two travel meals)

  • In-country transportation

  • Volunteer placement

  • Travel insurance & visa

  • In-country field leadership

  • Trip preparation guidance

1. Contact us at to introduce yourself and tell us a little about why you would like to join us. We will review your submission and get back to you as soon as we can. Once we've given you the green light to start the application process, you can complete steps 2 and 3.

3. Use the button below to submit your non-refundable $200 deposit. Be sure to specify who the payment is for.
